What we collect
Only what you type into the request form or the order desk: your name, a contact (phone or email), the service you want, an optional deadline, and the details of your request. Nothing else — we do not track you, and we do not store your IP address.
If you send a payment receipt
If you upload a receipt to show a payment, we keep that picture and the name you say the payment was sent under, so the payment can be matched to your order. It is stored on our own server, in a folder only the owner can open, and it is never published on the site. Ask and we will delete it.
Why we collect it
Solely to answer your request and do the design work you asked for. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with advertisers.
Where it lives
On Good GroundFX's own server — not a third-party marketing platform. Payments are made through Cash App, which is their service under their terms; we never see or hold your card details.
Getting it back or deleted
Ask us and we will send you a copy of what you sent, or delete it — including any receipt picture. Export and deletion are the easy path here, not the hard one.
